In order to join a team, you need to find the team you want to join on the BOINC listing of teams (http://setiweb.ssl.berkeley.edu/top_teams.php). When you find the team that you wish to be a part of, click on their name, and somewhere at the top left (just above where it says "team info") there should be a link to join that team. Just click that, and then join the team =) EDIT: Didn't see that the team you wanted was not in the top 1000. I'll see if I can find a way to join a team like that (though I don't know if I'll find one with the search disabled...). _______________________________ |

> Thanks Darren > > BTW > How did you get the team number You can download the entire team_id stats file here: http://setiweb.ssl.berkeley.edu/stats/team_id.gz So I just extracted it and searched for the string free-dc, and got the number from the data there. |
