My question is that when ever i use the computer... internet or what ever... that uses very little of my processing power, it always suspends my activities.

6/18/2005 11:16:47 AM||Suspending computation and network activity - user is active
6/18/2005 11:16:47 AM|SETI@home|Pausing result 29ja04aa.17307.1601.940902.26_1 (removed from memory)
6/18/2005 11:16:47 AM||request_reschedule_cpus: process exited

for this instance.. i took it out of my screen blank screensaver.

i remember in the old versions that i was running back on seti@home clasic. it instantly allocated the process power that i needed.

i would like to see a fix to this rather than having the entire process stop just to have me check my email every once and a while.

Check your "Global Preferences" here:

http://setiweb.ssl.berkeley.edu/sah/prefs.php?subset=global

"Do work while the computer is in use" should say "YES"

I hope that will fix your problem :-)
