I'm not sure what you're asking. You posted in the web site section of the forum. Are you having problems linking your classic seti account to your new BOINC account? Or are you having problems attaching to the SETI project in the BOINC manager? If this is your problem try posting here, http://setiweb.ssl.berkeley.edu/forum_forum.php?id=15 What OS and BOINC core client (v4.43 on Windows?) are you running? Have you configured your new account? http://setiweb.ssl.berkeley.edu/account_created.php You should probably do this before trying to attach to the SETI project in the BOINC manager. Once your account has been configured I think all you have to do is start the BOINC manager, click on the "Attach to New Project" in the "Projects" tab and supply the url and account key from the email. Make sure boinc.exe and boincmgr.exe can get through your firewall. If you're having problems post any messages from the "Messages" tab in the BOINC manager. Help and BOINC documentation is available here. |

Did you give Boinc permission to go thru firewall? Semper Eadem So long Paul, it has been a hell of a ride. Park your ego's, fire up the computers, Science YES, Credits No. |
