I have more than 32400 hours and 2562 Data Units Completed, how can I get this credit transfered to this new system? As of now, I show "0" on everything. Doug |

You have to activate your Classic account. You created a new BOINC account. |

You have to activate your Classic account. You created a new BOINC account. Fortunately, you can still link up to your Classic account, even if you've already created a new account here on BOINC. Look here. Dig |

You have to activate your Classic account. You created a new BOINC account. I am having the same problem, my classic work units are not showing. I've tried linking my new BOINC account to my classic account but the classic work units are not showing up. It now looks like I have two BOINC accounts, the new one which is processing new BOINC workunits, and the old Classic BOINC account which is stagnant, but has all my Classic work units. Isn't there an easy solution to transfer these Classic work units over to the active BOINC account and delete the Classic BOINC account which is not being used? |

You have to activate your Classic account. You created a new BOINC account. What can be done if you do not have a password for the classic account. I do not remember ever using a password for my classic SETI account. If I did, I do not have it any more. I can't find a way on the activate old account page to activate the old account without a password. Does anyone out there have a solution? Thanks Garhart |

Have a look at these threads: Missing Classic Account Credits ... How do i get credit for the old stuff Hope this helps :) As far as I'm aware you need: either your Classic password or your Classic email address to be still valid (Note that the Classic password is not the same as the BOINC password - Account ID) Unfortunately: "If you don't have your password, you won't be able to activate your account; instead, just create a new account."
