Can someone explain how this preference affects performance? What exactly are you writing to disk?What are you guys putting this number at?

It writes the results it finds, since it is analising the WU, spikes, pulses ect. I just left it as default.

The larger the number you put in here, the better the performance (slightly at least), but the more that you may lose on a restart.
