Could be. If you look at the strategy of the whole project...
Maybe Berkeley find out some day, that the value for credits use too much CPU time... I think they will diable this feature as well - because there is "no need" for this feature. :-\
I hope the will fix all their bugs within the next weeks and months and then turn on all functions.
