Im running V4.09 and have downloaded V4.23.
Should I just uninstall and install V4.23 ? As I keep 7 days of work in que, one unit is always running. What will happen to the 15 units ready to report, and the one unit which is half done when I uninstall V4.09 ? Thanks 4 any help !

Which one do you want? 4.23 or 4.43? I doubt 4.23 is around, so I am guessing you really meant 4.43.

ALWAYS EXIT the previous BOINC before installing the next!

Once you start the CC4.43 installation file, while 4.19 is still on your system, you will get the message to uninstall the old version. Do so, through Add/Remove Programs, as it's only BOINC that will be uninstalled, not any of the data files, not any of the units.

Just say yes to anything it says, thne install the new version to the same folder you had 4.19 in. Start it up and sit back through the benchmarks, then see how your units come alive again.

Just stop Boinc. Backup Boinc folder if you're skittish.
Uninstall it.
Install new version. It should start up where it left off after doing a benchmark.
