The [color="green"]+[/color]/[color="red"]-[/color] ratings buttons are present but transparent.

I think that we're some of the few that have actually noticed that issue. It might be cuz of the new RAC=rating thing and that it was configured only so that the +/- is not visible for a certain RAC rating or something.
