Scroll bars in SETI Forum posts.

Using up-down scroll wheel gets caught up within each message. This is more and more like PHPBB. I thought all these were tested. This is being looked into. This change was implemented to avoid having to scroll when large images were posted. Instead it had the opposite effect for some. To some, disabling the display of signatures in the forum preferences page will help solve some of the problem temporarily. ID: 112007 ·
