Since switching to Boinc seti at home I`ve become all to familier with the phrases "No Work Available" and
"No Work From Server" Anybody know what the difference
is

The messages are a two-step process: first the server tells your client, then your client tells you.

The "No work available" is the server telling your client it has no work to give you. It is very specific.

The "No work from server" is the client telling YOU that it didn't receive any work from the server FOR WHATEVER REASON. It could be because the server said "No work available", or because the client couldn't get a response from the server, or perhaps for other reasons.
