I have installed this one as a Service in a XP Pro and it worked OK, but in my XP home it didn't work because it said that I don't have sufficient Privileges, then I had to install as a Shared.
And I don't know why.

Hoi Guillermo

I have the same situation on my PC's as you have, one with XPProf and one with XPHome and on my both machines its working perfect as a service, maybe you must create an account with administrative rights with a password and than install it as a service, I am sure that it will work than.
