I am running Boinc 4.35 with the seti application. Since I upgraded to 4.35 I have seversal units running and several completed. The completed units say 'Ready to Report' but they never report. I have the graphics showing with what looks like another unit of work running. Any ideas what I have or have not done correctly? |

Bob, Got to the projects tab. Click on the SETI project so that it is highlighted. To the left you should now see the top button showing "update". Click that button and your finished work units should upload and clear from the queue. The BOINC process is two step. When the work unit is finished the results upload, but they won't actually show uploaded or show credit, until the next update which occurs when the queue gets low enough to download new work. The process above is just a manual update. If you wait until the queue runs down enough, they will update automatically the next time the client downloads new work. Hope that helps. Very similar problem here: I run Version 4.37. Several units are ready to report but I receive errors from the server. Interestingly Einstein@Home works perfectly, so there seems to be a problem on the server-side and not on the client side. |

Performing an update from the projects tab does not result in the completed units being transmitted back to the server. The messages tab continues to have "no schedulers responding" error scrolling on forever. I have looked at several posts, and tried the update several time; however, this does not take care of the issue. Any other suggestions? I am running version 4.43 Also, I am an old seti@home user and had well over 500 units completed; actually, it was close to 1000. Those units do not appear in the user stats page. It shows when I first registered to use seti but does not show the number of classic work untis completed. Any suggestions on why? Thanks... |
