All the file URLs on the the download page at http://setiweb.ssl.berkeley.edu/download.php are 404's.
(It appears that all the versions changed to 3.20.)
The links are:
"Linux/x86" pointing to http://setiboincdata.ssl.berkeley.edu/sah/download/boinc_3.20_i686-pc-linux-gnu.gz
"Mac OS/X 10.3+" pointing to http://setiboincdata.ssl.berkeley.edu/sah/download/boinc_3.20_powerpc-apple-darwin.gz
"SPARC/Solaris" pointing to http://setiboincdata.ssl.berkeley.edu/sah/download/boinc_3.20_sparc-sun-solaris2.7.gz
and "Windows/x86" pointing to http://setiboincdata.ssl.berkeley.edu/sah/download/boinc_3.20_windows_intelx86.exe
I noticed that they all seem to be redirected so that the http://setiboincdata.ssl.berkeley.edu/sah part of the URL is replaced with http://setiweb.ssl.berkeley.edu when the link is used, and then the error message only shows the part not replaced, as follows for the "Windows/x86" link:
Not Found
The requested URL /download/boinc_3.20_windows_intelx86.exe was not found on this server.
