What is up with that? Am I limited from having 100's of machines? If there is a limit what is it? So I can allocate my crunchers accordingly.

The limit is per host, not per account, and it is 50 wu per day.

If you look through the log on the host that is giving you that message, you will likely see that it has had errors on 50 wu's. Something is up with your machine that it's not processing them, and is simply downloading, creating an error, and uploading over and over.
