Re-download workunit from previous version

Except I had two versions running at the same time. Deleted 4.19 kept 4.35 but lost all workunits in progress from 4.19. Is there anyway to down workunits from pervious version to in version?? Normally, as it is in Windows, when installing a version above 4.19 you should have get a warning you need to UNINSTALL the previous version first.
