Vega, Why do you care what is happening at Berkley? BOINC is automatic. If it doesn't upload now, it will upload tomorrow, or next Tuesday. Who cares when? My machines keep churning out WUs, are never idle, and the credits get posted. If you are finding your machine running out of work, try adjusting your connect interval to keep your work queue full. I typically have 1-2 days worth of work in the queue, so if the scheduler isn't up, is busy, or there's a network problem, it just doesn't matter. They tend to not all go down at the same time. I have joined several, I have my queue set to 0.1 days, and I have not run out of work since the time that the fourth project started up. BOINC WIKI |
