Has this happened to anyone else.I'm running Both Einstein an Seti With 50% resource use each. The problem is I'm getting work from Eistein that I can't possibly complete in time.Already have had WUs time out.Any suggestions on how I can fix this?

Go into your BOINC preferences and make sure your set to connect at 1 day or less. The default for BOINC I really feel is too high of a number as many people seem to have had this problem at one time or another.

I have mine set for 0.5 days and am not having the deadline problem and have 4 projects running and haven't missed a deadline due to having more work than I can handle.

When I first added projects and went through having more than I thought I could handle. I made the change to 0.5 days and then suspended SETI (and other projects that had longer times) and let Einstein run for a few days to clear out the WU's for that and then resumed all projects. It took me about a week after that of suspending and resuming various projects to clear them out and get down to the normal 0.5 levels. S@H having problems at the same time for several days too also helped out in clearing out the cache since I didn't get in new ones in from them.

With just 2 projects that your running, you probably could just suspend S@H for a day or two and let E@H clear out 3 or so WU's and then resume S@H without missing any deadlines on either project and not have to tinker with the projects for a week like I had to since I had 4 going.

Good idea.Because at this rate, the 30 some I have won't finish in time.
