The database agent can be started as a service Whats fixed Fix the calculation on determining the size of the buffer for the Boinc RPC API. This was causing BoincSpy to indicate that BOINC was not running ( in fact it was ). There were other side effects as well. This was especially true if running multiple projects with allot of WU's in the queue. NOTE: For those user(s) using the DBAgent program, refer to the readme.txt in the DBAgent directory for changes.
