I haven't been able to get any BOINC version to run. Each version produces different problems. The 4.30 has a smybol reference problem for the run_client, the manager is missing a library. I have gcc 3.4.2 and the associated libraries. Each previous version had a different missing library. Is there a version that will work. Lieu of a working version a definite list of what versions of OSs and libraries required would be a way to avoid frustration. The last working version is the solaris2.6 binary. I have a SPARC 20 and multiple Ultra 1E 170's same problem, all at the lastest patch versions.
