it its roughest form here is what I am working on, I have no idea if it will work but we never know till we try.
We are assuming that life on other planets would be using radio waves or micro wave tech. my concept works around the idea that light waves might be used to transfer information. we on earth are already using this form of information exchange via fiber optic and lasar relay. this theory works on the possability that information can be sent wireless via ultaviolet light or other unseen light sources. If this is possable, we could possably pick up on these waves using a type of mod solor cell. basicly a untraviolet light radio reciver. that is the best I can describe it in short form.
