claimed and granted credit

What are these? Sometimes I get granted credit the same as claimed credit. But sometimes the granted credit is less then the claimed credit. Why is that? I know it takes me a longer time to compute as I have a win98 PII 450MHz.Does this effect the kind of credit recieved? ID: 97052 ·

For quroms of 2 and lower the lowest claim is used. There was an update that may change this by discarding any claim less than or equal to zero.
