I have one computer that has been happily crunching away and now has 344 credits. Since that ime (almost 2 weeks ago) there have been ZERO credits applied. I checked and sometimes SETIWEB is loggin that it was contacted as the last contact time was just 12 hours ago (My poor old computer does noe WU in approx 12 hours). The reason for this question is that if i look at the results I cannot see any results with the date of this contact date but in my log i show that WU's were uploaded. http://setiweb.ssl.berkeley.edu/result.php?resultid=50247691 This is one WU SPECIFICALLY I have tracked. Result ID 50247691 Name 20ja05ab.24478.13744.378392.209_2 Workunit 12243420 Created 4 Apr 2005 1:42:52 UTC Sent 5 Apr 2005 23:57:50 UTC Received --- Server state In Progress Outcome Unknown Client state New Exit status 0 (0x0) Computer ID 689928 Report deadline 19 Apr 2005 23:57:50 UTC CPU time 0 stderr out Validate state Initial Claimed credit 0 Granted credit 0 application version --- SO I recieved it on 5 Apr and it was part of a batch created on 4 Apr *BUT* as the log shows: 2005-04-07 02:47:45 [SETI@home] Started upload of 20ja05ab.24478.13744.378392.209_2_0 2005-04-07 02:47:46 [SETI@home] Finished upload of 20ja05ab.24478.13744.378392.209_2_0 2005-04-07 02:47:46 [SETI@home] Throughput 88436 bytes/sec I returned it last night at 4/7/2005 2:47:46 (Local-UTC is 4/7/2005 6:47 [approx]) How can the dang thisg not be in my account as being returned? (this is now 5 hours later) I understand that it could be in the validator waiting for validation but this is not the first WU that has not been credited to me. I have probably 1000-1500 WU's that are 'missing' credits and by now my account shows them as being overdue. Here are 2 more from this morning that are not even marked as being returned (I don't care about the credit, I want the dang thing to show that I returned it, we will worry about the credit next) 2005-04-06 11:04:12 [SETI@home] Computation for result 27dc04aa.19468.6082.248564.232 finished 2005-04-06 11:04:12 [SETI@home] Starting result 20ja05ab.1000.10096.603396.0_1 using setiathome version 4.30 2005-04-06 11:04:12 [SETI@home] Started upload of 27dc04aa.19468.6082.248564.232_2_0 2005-04-06 11:04:13 [SETI@home] Finished upload of 27dc04aa.19468.6082.248564.232_2_0 2005-04-06 11:04:13 [SETI@home] Throughput 82993 bytes/sec http://setiweb.ssl.berkeley.edu/result.php?resultid=50247713 2005-04-06 11:15:23 [SETI@home] Computation for result 20ja05ab.1000.10096.603396.0 finished 2005-04-06 11:15:23 [SETI@home] Started upload of 20ja05ab.1000.10096.603396.0_1_0 2005-04-06 11:15:25 [SETI@home] Finished upload of 20ja05ab.1000.10096.603396.0_1_0 2005-04-06 11:15:25 [SETI@home] Throughput 194557 bytes/sec http://setiweb.ssl.berkeley.edu/result.php?resultid=50247788 any other information any requires, I will be more than willing to provide. |

Hello Cerberus, Have you done anything on this machine between 23 Mar 2005 8:44:22 UTC (Last successful WU DL-date) 31 Mar 2005 17:45:57 UTC (Last successful WU UL-date)? Nothing useful after this dates. As I know nothing about Mac, and this part of the forum is for web-site issues, I'll think you should post it again in number crunching and Q&P Mac And a direct link to the machine is a nice feature for eager helpers as well ;) Gruesse vom Saenger For questions about Boinc look in the BOINC-Wiki |

I tried to do the direct linking thing but it did not work properly so I gave as much as I could. Now that I see your 'a href' formatting I am sure I can get that to work as well :) Yes It has sent and processed many WU's during that time. I wil lget a count for you ASAP. Thanks again! |

Have you reset your project or have you had a crash? and did you have any WUs that that where ready to report? If you had ready to report WUs and either of those two things happened you will lose those WUs that are ready to report........ Semper Eadem So long Paul, it has been a hell of a ride. Park your ego's, fire up the computers, Science YES, Credits No. |
