or words to the effect of....
But how can the status be reported as '100% everything working fine, no problems, it's all hunky dory,' Dinner will be served at 7:30, no worries, cutlery provided, all you need to bring is yourself.....
when the opposite is true?

The real report should read:
'Major probs, which we are trying to resolve, but have as yet not done so..Please be patient. Until the problem is solved the upload/download of Wu's may not be possible'

Tell it like it is.
If something has FUBAR, tell me. I wont mind. I do not like being told it is all OK when it's plainly not, but don't mind being told it all gone tit's-up, when it has.
