im currently running Seti@home, Einstein@home and ClimatePrediction on my machines...

when i see the stats at www.boincstats.com and look for "Claudius" as user name i see two "Claudius" at the Boinc total statistic...

Both german, both running the same projects

which one is me ? or am i both ?

im confused LOL - help argh

One is your total BOINC stats and the other is for SETI.

Both are you, but it's a typical case of CPID mess-up.
You've got 1 CPID for CPDN and another for Seit & Einstein. Usually this sorts out over the next few days, and can be accelerated by manualö updating a machine with all projects on it.

You have something else running tigether with CPDN on at least one machine? Otherwise it'll never syncronize.

Die obige Antwort ist nicht ganz richtig. Jedes BOINC Projekt ordnet jedem User eine sogenannte Cross Project ID (CPID) zu. Zunächst unterscheiden sich diese CPIDs. Deine CPID für Seti ist z Zt. 1e836392486fadf597ef5e98c674240b, die für Climate... ist 0d737a15dc1b743db8f10aefb4971b8c. Nur wenn beide CPID identisch sind, wird der User eindeutig identifziert. Solange du also noch zwei verschiedene CPIDs hast, wirst du auch als zwei verschiedenen Benutzer identifiziert.

Lösung: Alle Projekte, die BOINC verwenden, gleichen sich untereinander automatisch ab. Dies kann allerdings etwas dauern. Bei mir hat es etwa 10 Tage gedauert, dann hatten sich die verschiedenen Projekte auf eine "gemeinsame" CPID geeinigt. Die Zusammenführung wird über die beim Projekt hinterlegte Email-Adresse bewirkt. Sind diese allerdings unterschiedlich, kann dies nicht geschehen. Dann geht BOINC davon aus, daß es sich um zwei verschiedene Benutzer handelt. (Wie in deinem Fall, wo es noch einen Claudius aus den USA gibt).
