boinc_parse_init_data_file error

Still trying to debug my compile of seti_boinc for FreeBSD 5.2-current amd64. In addition to the unrecoverable error code 131, I notice in the projects/seti* directory that stderr.txt contains the following:

boinc_parse_init_data_file(): can't open init data file
SIGABRT: abort called
Exiting...

This appears to read in init_data.xml but I don't see this anywhere in my boinc/seti hierarchy. Can anyone tell me where this file is and what it contains?
