On one of my WindowsXP computers that I am running the new seti/bonic client I have 4 user accounts set up for various users in my home. My I go onto the website and look at what computers are running the seti client I see that there are 4 or more instances of the exact same computer. Is this because of my many logins in xp? Is there a way to resolve this? Also is there a way to prevent this?

As for prevention, not all the reasons are known as to why this happens.

As for a remedy, go to your account page and click the computer link. Click on the host ID for the duplicated machine. Now click merge host. Now you can merge the duplicates back into one.
