More eye candy in the control app...

One thing I miss from the classic version is the display. With BOINC, the only time you see activity is when the screen saver kicks in. Also, the ability to show a star map of the current WU would be nice. More disappointing is the fact that the tray icon does not show progress when you mouse-over it. This should be a simple feature to add, and I am dismayed that it isn't there. All-in-all, the new 3D screen saver is nice, indeed. But I still prefer the classic SETI client because of the ability to use ancilliary programs like SETI Spy, etc. |
