I was checking out some of the stats and checked out the topdog on stats below:

> Warped : Owner Branko & Vanja & Mia & Mo
> Warped : Created 27 Sep 2004 18:16:39 UTC
> Warped : Total Credit 58,142.13
> Warped : Recent average credit 369.97
> Warped : CPU type GenuineIntel Intel(R) Pentium(R) 4 CPU 3.00GHz
> Warped : Number of CPUs 2
> Warped : Operating System Microsoft Windows XP Professional Edition, Service Pack 2, (05.01.2600.00)
> Warped : Memory 1022.73 MB
> Warped : Cache 976.56 KB
> Warped : Measured floating point speed 1330.14 million ops/sec
> Warped : Measured integer speed 1207.59 million ops/sec
> Warped : Average upload rate 2.52 KB/sec
> Warped : Average download rate 0.21 KB/sec
> Warped : Average turnaround time 5.69 days
> Warped : Results 839

The machine I use is actually a bit faster, but pretty much the same configuration.
The turn around time and Recent average credit 369.97 has me a bit confused.
I normally send in anywhere from 2-x units a day, not a week between turnarounds.
What am I missing here ? Best average I would hope for is 1 a day, no where near 370 as an average.

Well, the average turnaround time is not really related to RAC. It really depends on cache size...I'd guess the owner of this PC has a cache size of about 3 days. So units downloaded today won't even be started until about 3 days from now, and then returned maybe 2 days later when the PC requests more work.

Obviously I left somthing out here. I have a total of 538 units completed. And guaranteed those weren't all completed in 5 days.

what sort of cache would give you an avg. of 370 a week ?

Like I said I can usually get 1-x, under 10 a day completed.

I think you confuse credit and WU.

A perfectly normal WU should get theoretical 32.sth credits, as stated in some other thread here.
Some just get 0.5, if they are noisy, some get even more, if they crunch with the benchmark-cheating old Boinc-client.

For information regarding Credits look here!
