Hi All, I know this is the Seti site, but since yesterday, Predictor is offline and still today I have not been able to connect. Just curious if anyone knew why or how long. Respectfully, Rocky www.boincsynergy.com |

They said something about updating their website (and servers?) to the new Boinc standard. At least the website really needed this ;) As today is monday, it seems to be a good start for the week with this project. But I'm just guessing. The Website is down as well, so no info from there. Do they have the same electricians as Berkeley? Gruesse vom Saenger For questions about Boinc look in the BOINC-Wiki |

> They will be back up sooner or later. Unless the breaker was to slow, and the place burned down ;) But I guess, that would have been in the news by now! Gruesse vom Saenger For questions about Boinc look in the BOINC-Wiki |

This is what they said happened. "3/14/05 Our web server was hit with a Denial of Service attack Sunday evening. We were offline for about 12 hours. Sorry for the downtime. The good news is that we had two days in a row with over 50,000 results returned by just under 8,000 clients. Great Job! Please note: On Friday March 18 our web site will be getting a make over. This will require some downtime." |
