i have been using the seti@home command line version and i decided to upgrade to the boinc version. i have installed the program and tryed attaching a project using the url and key emailed to me and now i just recieve this msg |Insufficient work; requesting more |Requesting 8640.00 seconds of work |Sending request to scheduler: http://setiboinc.ssl.berkeley.edu/sah_cgi/cgi |Scheduler RPC to http://setiboinc.ssl.berkeley.edu/sah_cgi/cgi failed |No schedulers responded |Deferring communication with project for 41 minutes and 16 seconds if someone could please help me with this i would be very greatful --------- ----------- |

The SETI project has been suffering power outages recently. Right now, the servers are up, but were down for most of last week, so they are *very* busy right now. Just let BOINC retry periodically, and eventually the scheduling server will respond. |

The ones that are active are listed at http://BOINC.ssl.berkeley.edu. Pick a couple that strike your fancy, and join them as well. With a very short queue, I have not run out for several months even though individual projects have been down for several weeks during that time. BOINC WIKI |
