Title pretty much says it all; I've D/l on two seperate Mac's running 10.3.8 and when you double click on the .app file, it ACTS like it's starting up but never does.

That's because its not an OS X app, or an OS 9 app.

It's a command-line client. You have to run it in Terminal Mode. And you probably don't want to do that. There are a couple of OS X apps that will run it for you. I'd recommend that you download Deep Thought. You can find it at: http://www.greenkeepersoftware.com/

You'll have to read the directions. And you'll need to have your BOINC account created and the activation code ready when you start the whole thing.

Hi Russell,

the simple GUI version (BOINC menubar) is not a "normal" application. When you double-click it you can see a new icon "B" on the right side of your menubar. There you can control the clients.
