Why is there no documentation? Why do we need to try and filter through all the thousands of message board queries to try and work out if they are relevant? Why is there no Help on the application? Why are there no preferences on each installation? Why does it incorrectly report no disk space available? Why has nobody centrally who presumable knows the system inside out created a searchable FAQ list? Why is this about the only application worldwide that has no help of documentation? How can people make sure that they do not compromise either the project or their systems without documentation? How can people fault find without documentation? Why should anybody stop using a working application for this one with all the uncertainty? Why do the project team not answer issues such as this? Why can they not create a simple link on the home page? And why can they not send that documentation with the downloadable application? I have been waiting since last year for these ommissions to be resolved, result ... deathly silence from the project team. |
