I'm currently participating in both SAH and the Beta projects. My configured resource settings are 10% to the Beta project, 90% to SAH. Up until perhaps a week or so ago, BOINC displayed the correct values under the Resource Share column on the Projects tab of the BOINC GUI. However, it now displays 52.63% to the Beta project and 47.37% to SAH. I've double checked the web settings, and they have not changed, so either BOINC is altering it's display based on what work it actually being processed (given the projects seem to be up/down on a daily basis), or if this is supposed to display the web page settings, then it's broken.

I've seen strange resource shares when a project is down and you try to update it.

How did you check your beta account page? It's currently down.

It seems when project is down, predefined value (100) is used for resource settings. If I suppose you set 10 for Beta and 90 for Seti, now ou have 100 for Beta (which is down) and 90 for Seti.
Easy counting:
100/(100+90) = 0.52631 ... so 52.63 %
90/(100+90) = 0.47368 ... so 47.37 %

It seems to be bug in resource policy for not responding project.

Yes, this is what I noticed. I didn't recognize that it was raising the resource share of the downed project to 100 because I'm attached to several projects, but I did notice something wasn't right with the percentages. I didn't worry about it because I knew the project was down.

However, unless the project attempts to update when it is down, (whether you do it manually, or BOINC does it) these numbers won't change from your normal operating resource share.

The tell-tale sign is the zero in total and avg. credit for the project that is down.
