Okay... I've downloaded the new "BOINC" software, it installed kind of okay and downloaded some work. For 6 days now I have had a finished "work unit" ready to upload, but no scheduler =ever= responds.
Any thoughts?
This is my third attempt to try the "BOINC" software and it still won't work properly.

Yeah...I've tried before and had issues...so I'm trying again (like you) and having similar luck. I have multiple machines and I have only attempted the upgrade on one (unfortunately the one that processes work units the quickest) and until it works better, I'm not upgrading the others. This is bad...

What are the messages you're getting?

No problems with the software myself, and that's the same for several thousand people.
However if you noticed the News on the main page you'd see that the hardware took a beating when the pwoer went down & it's taken them severals days to repair corruption to the data base.
Things are presently working, but very slowly. And new Work Units are hard to come by. Over the next day or so the load will subside & things will settle down again & be back up to full speed.
