Hi, One of my machine is behaving very weird. It is a Windows 2000 Dell Laptop. Last weekend, it took really long time to process some work units. Normally it takes 2.5 - 3 hours, but over the weekend it did two work units in over 30 hours. http://setiweb.ssl.berkeley.edu/workunit.php?wuid=9849800 http://setiweb.ssl.berkeley.edu/workunit.php?wuid=9849719 The amount of claimed credit was normal for that machine. Seeing this problem, I ran the benchmarks. It then executed new work units in the normal amount of time, but the claimed credit is 10% of the normal ( 2 to 3 instead of usual 20 to 30). http://setiweb.ssl.berkeley.edu/workunit.php?wuid=9849825 http://setiweb.ssl.berkeley.edu/workunit.php?wuid=9849730 http://setiweb.ssl.berkeley.edu/workunit.php?wuid=9849821 I have ran the benchmarks again and will keep this post updated with the result. What I want to know is what is going on. Why is this happening ? Raj |
