I have been a Seti@Home user since May 1999 and have logged just over 5000 units. Will these stats be transferred across to the new BOINC software? Also, on the Preferences page, I have been a Seti user since...well today. Will my time with Seti be recognised under the new BOINC software?

They will not be transferred to your new account, as BOINC credits are different.

However, when you signed up for BOINC, there was a link that allowed you to activate your previous S@H classic account. This would at least show your S@H totals in your accounts page, and on team stats pages.
