I have started to run the new version of Seti last friday. I have a lot of WU completed and uploaded, apparently with success, but the 'granted credit' is still 'pending'. Am I supposed to do something?

No you don't.

Your results must first be compared to the results of 2 other PC's.

As 'Thierry Van Driessche' said The wu you have done has to be sent to 2 other computers to be analyzed and sent back. Then the middle credit will be granted to all of you. So if you 3 get 34, 57 and 32 you will all get granted 34!
