I run seti on a computer that has many timeout network problems so I get many "Deferring communication with project for xx days, yy hours, zz minutes, and ww seconds".
On a PC I can "Update now", on a mac I can't find a way to do it.
Can you tell me where the value of "deferring communication" is stored? Can I modify to update when I require it?
The only way I found is to reset project losing all the work done...
Thanks in advance for your attention

Welcome to the forum!

Now brace yourself for some bad news: The Mac version doesn't really have an "Update Now" feature, and the time between deferments isn't stored anywhere (It's pseudo-randomly increased).

So until Berkeley's servers and your Mac are able to talk to each other, you're essentially "stuck". :-( Sorry.
