If you get the source code, you could compile a 64-bit Windows version...assuming you can find a win64 compiler. One of the benefits of open source...

That said, and with win64 still prior to release (OK, the Athlon 64 version, which I'm gathering you're interested in, not to be confused with the version for Merced, aka IA-64), I'm not certain the compilers have been seen on store shelves and to my knowledge aren't there yet. You might look if your so inclined, though at this point, compiling BOINC one's self would probably be the only way to get it...
