I was wondering active Project resource share would be adjusted if other projects are suspended that you are running?

IE
Proj A - 25
Proj B - 50
Proj C - 25

Of Proj B suspended would the other projects get the other 25% of the resource?

Proj A - 50
Proj B - Suspended
Proj C - 50
