I've decided to add to my short filter-list those folks who are posting but who aren't crunching for SETI. Just my preference. Not looking for agreement or controversy.

Ask for it to be a standard option. Before you know it your 42 slots are filled. ;)

Oh, what if they are crunching other projects?

Good question, Ageless. Hadn't thought of that.
I'd be unlikely to filter anyone crunchin' for related projects. So I'm not necessarily holding myself to any high standards of logic here. Subjectively, elements of kinship seem to be in the mix. Again, I'm not expecting anyone to agree or disagree. I'm attempting to make a minor point with a minimum of finger-pointing.

Hey Bob, please keep Paul Zimmerman off your list. He is crunching, just not for BOINC yet. There's no version of BOINC that runs on his MAC OS X.2.8. He is crunching "Classic" for now. Thanks.... :-)

Bob my not have me in mind here, he may wish to 'ignore' me in any case, but yet....

Hey Paul, it seems as though I'm still on my little crusade for your validity. Hope you don't mind, it gives me a good feeling deep down inside to do such things. :-)

As always, Siran, I like your style. You are a gentleman.

Thanks Bob, you humble me. ;-) I've been on this crusade, for Paul, a couple days now trying to assuage the minds of some naysayers. :-)

I did not mean to imply that I was unappreciative.....

I am humbly in your debt, .....even if not in your depth.

Good night all...
