I have been trying to get seti to email me my password for the past 6 months(that has never worked anyway) so that I may change my email addy. But to no avil nothing is EVER SENT. The email addy is neoflee@msn.com which works fine. Even boince servers wont send anything to this email address. WHY NOT? I tried to "activate" my account for boince and it says" check your email for the activation code". But you know what, IT WASNT SENT TO ME! I HAD TO CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT JUST SO I COULD POST SOMETHING HERE, BECAUSE WITHOUT YOUR PASSWORD YOU CAN’T EVEN POST ON THE ORIG SETI! YOU SHOULD HAVE NEVER EVEN MENTIONED THIS BOINCE UNTILL IT WAS READY, BECAUSE NOW YOU LOOK LIKE FOOLS! Even you SETI shouldn’t have said anything about starting this. I’m very frustrated, I have about 1200 unites done and I am not really willing to give that up for a shitty program! PLEASE GET IT STRAIGHT! A question though... Perhaps is the message being grabbed by a spam filter at your ISP?

It's been known for how long?, 4years or more?, that hotmail and some others put seti emails into the junk mail folders. Seti isn't the only legitimate email that ends up there either.
That's the first place I look if anything doesn't show up that I'm expecting.
There must have been over a hundred posts about this on the seti 1 boards.
