Sometimes the setiathome client Version 4.02 does not stop when it is sent a pause to allow other projects to work.

In the log file is says:

2005-01-22 10:18:40 [climateprediction.net] Pausing result 32dj_000164489_1 (left in memory)
2005-01-22 10:18:40 [SETI@home] Resuming result 03ja04aa.13491.3489.436076.144_1 using setiathome version 4.02
2005-01-22 11:18:40 [SETI@home] Pausing result 03ja04aa.13491.3489.436076.144_1 (left in memory)
2005-01-22 11:18:40 [ProteinPredictorAtHome] Starting result t0212D_1_11285_5 using mfoldB120 version 4.21
2005-01-22 11:19:46 [ProteinPredictorAtHome] Result t0212D_1_11285_5 exited with zero status but no 'finished' file
2005-01-22 11:19:46 [ProteinPredictorAtHome] If this happens repeatedly you may need to reset the project.
2005-01-22 11:19:46 [ProteinPredictorAtHome] Restarting result t0212D_1_11285_5 using mfoldB120 version 4.21
2005-01-22 12:19:46 [climateprediction.net] Resuming result 32dj_000164489_1 using hadsm3 version 4.04

Resuming CPDN!

Has anyone else seen this?

The last message for seti is the pause but it is still running according to top.
