I'm asking this here because this is where all the Boinc-smarteypants people seem to hang out.

Is this something I should worry about?

Generally that is nothing to worry about. It usually happens when the file has been physically deleted but not removed from the client_state.xml file. It should fix itself in a restart or 2.
