Log in to web site but not BOINC

Can anyone enlighten me as to why I can log on to the Seti web site but not BOINC. It seems like the client fails to recognise my accout ID. Can somebody from SAH tell me what the hell is going on.....? I'm not gonna waste my computer time just because of some other people's imperfections...... |

The answer to your question can be found at http://setiweb.ssl.berkeley.edu/sah_participate.php and can be solved by following the instructions found there. The BOINC/SAH project has its share of imperfections, but I'm afraid this isn't one of them. |

> are you saying you can log into seti classic but not seti boinc, thats because > you have to an account since the backup in may, if so you have to sign up for > seti boinc, you can not use your old ID blah blah blah you have to use a 32 > character ID you get when you sign up. Yes, you need a new ID. If you enable your S@H1 account, you will be emailed the new ID for that account. |
