Before, people could create an account and start posting without even attach a computer to the projects, and that created some problems. So now you'll have to have a certain RAC to be able to post. I think it was lowered to a very low value here under one of the outages, where no work was available or the validator was closed, but it's higher than zero. Also Credit needs to be higher than zero. They are living down there. My uncle lived near the vettern sea. We will have a trip to his grave, too I have got no sailing permission, only for motor boat.
