"This project doesn't support computers of type") i386-pc-freebsd That's true, but there's a recent port at http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/ports.cgi?query=boinc-setiathome&stype=all. I don't know whether it will work on i386-pc-freebsd when BOINC's list of approved platform types at http://boinc.berkeley.edu/trac/wiki/BoincPlatforms seems to want i686-pc-freebsd for 32 bit builds. Thank's for your answer. I'll test it later on both systems. Because there isn't a Stock app for freebsd, I never believe that Berkeley has not versions for their own system... Or am I wrong? Your bunny wrote: its not a bug, this is a feature, actually... |

Thank's for your answer. I'll test it later on both systems. So that you know, BSD is copyright UC Berkeley. FreeBSD (Open Source) is based on the original BSD source code. Seti runs Fedora. Regards Thanks to Paul and Friends Please consider a Donation to the Seti Project |
